These still turn up in sales over here... couldn't say if one's available right now, but I can keep my eyes open if you wish. Prize for the disc would be around 15$, plus some for shipping. That's still cheap compared to what new CDs usually cost here. And it might not be shrink-wrapped and show some wear...

But it's also still listed on French Amazon (one for 15 euro, the next ones from 44 onwards!! Not sure the second entry would be the b/w digipack version, there were - US, I think - jewel case versions of many of these Vogues out there before):
