CBSFan Posted September 12, 2008 Report Posted September 12, 2008 (edited) Hi, I work for The CBS Early Show. I want to invite all you David Sanborn fans and fans of Jazz in general down to our studio in downtown Manhattan for a chance to meet Mr. Sanborn himself! He will be performing songs from his new album, Here and Gone which features artists Joss Stone and Eric Clapton. We are located at 59th Street and 5th avenue, right on The Plaza in front of the GM Building. Please be there by 7:15AM and one of our audience coordinators will assist you. If you have any questions, feel free to call me at (212) 975-2515. See you there! Ogechi Echebiri The CBS Early Show Edited September 12, 2008 by CBSFan Quote

Wow...a David Sanborn album with guest artist Joss Stone and Eric Clapton! Who's next? Green Day and Jaz-Z? That would be jazz-a-riffic! Quote
BruceH Posted September 12, 2008 Report Posted September 12, 2008 What DAY, fer Christsake? Tomorrow, the next day...I assume it's not today, but who knows? Then again, who cares? I know little of David Sanborn's music, and I'm sure he's a talented guy, but my impression has long been that he's a bit on the "muzak" side. Quote

DTMX Posted September 12, 2008 Report Posted September 12, 2008 Ogechi Echebiri IF that is indeed your real name.... I know this guy! I gave him my savings account number last month so he could transfer his late father's wealth to the USA - with a nice little commission for moi. Now I just sit back and wait for the money to roll in... Quote
