fests: looking for 2010

I am getting ready to try and book a new performance project (with Matt Shipp) for 2010 and, since I've been out of things so long, was wondering if people here can suggest festivals that they know of, which can be mainstream or not (this project will fit pretty much anywhere).

Hopefully they are fests with some booking accessibility - meaning that the administration might actually respond to unsolicited proposals.

would also be interested in localized performance spaces that might be amenable.

the project, which I am still setting up and composing for, is basically one of finding new settings for the blues (working title, if you promise not to steal it: Blues and the Empirical Truth) - there may be one more interesting addition to the group, though I cannot yet say who that might be.
