Computer Gurus: Need link to Hotmail help desk

For the past three days, my hotmail account hasn't worked.

I can log in (and out), and see the mail piling up, but I cannot open the emails. When I click on them, nothing happens. It is as if I am not connected.

Similarly, I can checkmark the spam emails without opening them, but when I click on the "delete" button, nothing happens.

I cannot find a link to a help desk to inform them of my problem. Anybody have a link for me to go to, to even let them know?

I have a number of people emailing me to my hotmail address, and I've got a big problem if I am without it.

I found the problem!

I use Firefox. I tried the new IE, and it works.

I wonder if MS is blocking Firefox from hotmail.
