Steve Reynolds Posted February 13, 2011 Report Posted February 13, 2011 Instant Composers Pool Orchestra - @ Le Poisson Rouge NYC @ 7:00 last day of the month - leaving early no matter what - will be there first in line for the band I thought I might never see again Misha Mengelberg, Han Bennink, Wolter Wierbos, Michael Moore, Ab Baars and the rest - also listed with "special guests" maybe they play all night!! hoping for lots of Duke, Herbie and Misha tunes. me imagines that the great drummer is still in his prime and with Misha @ 75, this really might be the last time we get to see this legendary ensemble. Guest Bill Barton Posted February 13, 2011 Report Posted February 13, 2011 Thanks, Steve! It's good to see that they're making it back to Seattle again. Their last performance here was absolutely killer. Quote
