David Murray - 3D Family Vol. 1 tracklist?

I just grabbed this record at a good price but didn't quite realize it was vol. 1 (1978) rather than the double LP which I guess didn't come out until 1985. Does someone have this and could I get a tracklisting? I could just wait until the record arrives but I'm too curious.

Side A - In Memory of Jomo Kenyatta (9'40"); Patricia (18')

Side B - 3D Family (For Walter P. Murray) (18'40")

Side C - P-O in Cairo (For James Newton in N.Y.) (17')

Side D - Shout Song (For Cecil Taylor) (23'10")

Recorded live on Sept. 3, 1978 - Willisau Festival.

That's what I assumed, but perhaps I'm wrong.

Found it. It has "In Memory of Jomo Kenyatta", "Patricia pts 1 & 2", and "PO in Cairo". I'll look out for vol. 2 but I can't find anything about it online. Does it even exist?

There was just the double album on Hat as far as I know in a heavyweight gatefold jacket. The equivalent cd omits one track - PO in Cairo.
