Dead Cat Blues

I just spent most my Sunday cleaning the remains of a cat hit by a car. It was as if someone put a bomb inside this poor cat and it exploded. It was crossing the street when it was hit. My wife and I were in the yard. We hard the car and a cat scream. There was guts all over my car, yard and the street.

What irks me is, the person didn't stop. The cat was a pretty large stray, I've seen it many times. There was no way you didn't know you hit it.
