BERIGAN Posted February 7, 2004 Report Posted February 7, 2004 I found the 1993 cd at Media Play for $3.33, so I can't complain about the price, but damn, it sounded like Coleman had a bad reed, which I just can't believe! Just an annoying buzz when he was playing....anyone else notice this? Is the sound much better on the remastered cd? Thank goodness I also found Hollywood Stampede at the same time, sound is so much better! Quote

I have the 2001 BMG France '24-bit digital remastering from the original master tapes'. Sound is just OK and I can't detect a buzz when the Hawk plays. High fi, it is not, but the Hawk blows just fine. Quote
