Maybe 20 years ago a judge in Ontario ruled that laws prohibiting women from going topless in public were unconstitutional because Ontario has an equal rights amendment, and men could go topless legally.

So the Argonauts and Blue Jays promptly announced that men would not be allowed to take their shirts off at the ballgames. To my knowledge, that policy has never been enforced by either team.

Now we have a television reporter revisiting the issue.
