mrjazzman Posted April 16, 2016 Report Posted April 16, 2016 I just saw the biopic "Miles Ahead" staring Don Cheadle. One the worse biopics I've ever seen. Right up there with James Brown. Stupid cops and robbers chase scene over a stolen reel to reel tape. Best part of the movie is the closing credits sequence at the end of the movie , enjoyed seeing Shorter and Hancock in that sequence. And the music/score, a patchwork with too much emphasis on his electric funk side. Seeing as how I met Miles and Francis when he appeared at Basin Street West in San Francisco, it was extra bad for me. Anyway, that's my take on it. I could go on. Quote
