FWIW, UPS mishandled an overnight air express US package of mine today. In other words, I didn't get it. Customer service in Mumbai said maybe you'll get it tomorrow. Needless to say, I'm currently pissed at UPS. All of these companies that out source their service are screwed up IMHO.
