  1. I see one went for 500 back in December. How in the hell did I miss that?!?!
  2. Yes I did. As much as I want the record I would have felt pretty silly paying that much. 1300 is still pretty nutty, but I doubt I will get a bite anyhow.
  3. Hello, I am searching for Norris Reid‎– Give Jah The Praises cd on rockers international label CD RP 013 I can pay $55. Thanks for looking.
  4. Hello, is this cd available anywhere? I tried http://dominiquegaumont.bandcamp.com/releasesbut am having trouble getting a response. Will offer $25 for a copy (plus shipping).
  5. Miles Davis -- The Complete Miles Davis at Montreux (20 Disc Set...;the outer box is pretty beat up but is intact. The discs all play fine, the booklet has some minor shelf wear) $100 I'm interested in the Miles set.
  6. Abut 2 years ago I ordered Mingus at Antibes (Barnes and Noble) and it was a cd-r. I returned it and bought another copy from a different seller and it was fine. I only buy used DOCUMENT cds and and will ask the seller to identify the cd as a factory pressed cd or cd-r.
  7. The original tends to go for big bucks so I will settle for the LP reissue. I am looking for the Japanese reissue from 1977, this is in Mono and has catalog number SMJ-6567 / PG 6072. http://www.ebay.com/itm/ERIC-DOLPHY-Out-There-SMJ-6567-LP-Ad3126-/371097011174?pt=Music_on_Vinyl&hash=item56671b03e6 http://www.ebay.com/itm/ERIC-DOLPHY-OUT-THERE-PRESTIGE-SMJ-6567-Japan-PROMO-OBI-MONO-Vinyl-LP-/331301831525?pt=Music_on_Vinyl&hash=item4d2320c365
  8. Sounds great. Toss up between stereo and mono....some tracks sound a little congested in mono but others are great.
  9. One at Amazon for $500...YIKES!! http://www.amazon.com/Complete-Recordings-Albert-Ammons-Meade/dp/B007TCN0M2/ref=sr_1_1_title_1_aud?ie=UTF8&qid=1409879830&sr=8-1&keywords=Complete+Blue+Note+Recordings+Of+Albert+Ammons+And+Meade+Lux+Lewis
  10. I really like the Monk Prestige albums, they usually get overshadowed by the Blue Notes before and Riverside after.
  11. Hank Mobley ''Dippin'' Lee Morgan ''Cornbread' Horace Silver ''Song for my Father'' Dexter Gordon ''Go'' (But I think ''One Step Up'' is underrated)
