I'm french, and new on Organisssimo, and don't have a big collection of Jazz records (oh no), ... but you'll surely be happy to know that I made a wiki page this week-end about the Classics Rhythm and blues series. It's here. Infortunately, all of you have to read french, but I'll be sure that the complete discography will be useful. It's a work I made this week, after having realised there was no web site, as you all know. The conclusion about this serie, is that the distributor is again "dead". (Nocturne in this case) since Dec 2008. But some new CD's have appeared early 2009. Hello Hector I'am french too and I have the complete collection of the Chronological from 1 to 1464. If you have news about getting the last numbers 1465 to 1469 announced but never published I guess .. thank you I do advise you to buy Soul bag, the french revue, to know more... and actually, they do have a (very cool) web site. For my part, I will not be surprised that Frémeaux & associés keep the following of the distribution. Cheers ! I'am surprised as I never found the Chronological on Abeilles's site. We can only find nbrs out in 2007 ! We bought them at the Fnac in fact but they receive very few ex. and we have to go every week to be sure to get them as they never now the date of availability. The last distributor was "Nocturne", the one before around n° 1412 it was Night & Day, and the one before was "Melodie" ... Thank you for your help, I see we just have to wait ... I will keep you informed if available in France first

yes king ubu, anywhere else in Europe, perhaps yes but I thought it was printed in the USA, right ? so easier to find by internet. This is not the case ...

Thank you Niko I'll wait a few months more to have other news for that. If there are not out in the States, no chance to find them in France It's really a problem everytime as the distributor (? not sure of the word) change twice a year. It's a chance we aleady found the other s from the beginning to 1464

Hello, I'am writing from France. We are looking for last discs of the Chronological classics from 1465 to the end and we cannot find them in France. Are they available in the States ? If anyone has an idea how to purchase these albums, we would so happy as we have the complete works but not these 5 last dics. and perhaps you can tell us too if some more than 1469 are forecasted in the future. thank you so much for your help Deborah
