Yep. Perhaps my desert island Ellington recording. I think the tension between Ray Nance and Cootie Williams helped spark the band to great heights. Of course, they couldn't co-exist in the same section (let alone the same band) for more than a couple of years. I've only had the original 2 LP set and the 2 CD reissue of same. Missed this one with the 10 extra tracks. Must look into that.

I know some people have expressed reservations about this one, but I really enjoy it.
