For sale is the excellent and very rare: Parasound P/LD 1500 preamp The P/LD 1500 pre is the immediate precursor to the P/LD 2000 pre. It is also a John Curl-designed preamp. The 1500 model is in between the P/LD 1100 and P/LD 2000. Unlike the better-known P/LD 2000 and P/LD 1100 preamps, there is not much information online about the P/LD 1500. But the few articles and reviews that are out there all praise it for its sound as well as its build. It is just a small step below the P/LD 2000, and many steps above the P/LD 1100, in both regards. It is in Very Good cosmetic condition and excellent working condition. It is a fantastic sounding preamp. I had this paired with my Parasound HCA 1500A power amp and it was a match made in audio heaven. Pics available upon request. For sale is a very nice pair of PSB Stratus tower speakers. PSB Stratus tower speakers The PSB Stratus model was the precursor to the PSB Bronze, Silver, and Gold models. These are excellent sounding speakers. They are in excellent working condition and Very Good cosmetic condition. The piano black finish definitely shows any superficial scratches or swirls but overall this is a very nice pair. I bought these approx. 8 years ago and have only used them sparingly in a secondary system since that time. I am only asking $180 for these, which is $120 less than I paid for them myself 8 years ago (and that was a great bargain at that time). Slipcase is VG+ due to the usual minor shelf wear to slipcase corners (quite common on the thin cardboard Mosaic Select slipcases), some slight rubbing to upper front panel of slipcase, and a small, perhaps 1/4", rubbed area to lower right corner of lower spine of slipcase due to what appears to be a price sticker removal as it still has a very small edge of price sticker present there.
