convert dollars into eruos. I will be spending 3 weeks this summer in Europe. I just want to understand how dollars convert to the Euro. Last time I was in Europe I did know and I was swindled out of some money. Now I've learned. I will due some research first on the dollar compared to other country's currencies.

If you're looking for rates, just enter 'currency converter' in Google and you'll get a bunch of sites with rates. Keep in mind that the rates quoted there are for large purchases, so your actual rate may be lower. One Euro is more than a dollar.
