After reading the notes to the Granz Jam Sessions on Verve box, I got the impression that Granz held similar jams on his Pablo label in the 70's. I know that a bunch are available on the OJC label, so are there any worth getting?

Regardless of how they were billed, pretty much every Joe Turner Pablo album was a jam session.

This one might not be good, but it is definitely GREAT:

I thought of the Turner's, also. Joe Turner with The Trumpet Kings is also jam-like, but I do not think I'd recommend it.

Turner's Life Ain't Easy is a good one.

The Trumpet Summit(Hubbard/Terry/Gillespie) is a decent jam in the Verve tradition. I'd recommend it for a couple tunes.

I've got several of the Montreux 'jams': OP? Benny Carter? Joe Pass? (Sorry, they're not with me.) The Basie's the only one I remember fondly (non-Montreux, as I recall.)
