Joe Chambers composition titles

Joe Chambers (like other composers) seems to get his tune titles mixed up. For example, the title cut of the obscure New World LP (I have a tape - I don't even know the label) is different than the tune 'Nuevo Mundo' on Phanton Of The City. However, 'Nuevo Mundo' is the same as 'Mariposa' on Mirrors.

Also, 'Rockpile' from New World is different than 'Rockpile' on Double Exposure. However, 'Rockpile' and 'Mind Rain' on Double Exposure are the same.

So my question: are 'Medina' from the Bobby Hutcherson album of the same name and 'Medina' from Joe's Almoravid LP somewhat related? They sound totally different to me. They may still be the same song with a totally different arrangement - he's done this before as well (compare the title track on Mirrors to the tune of the same name on Freddie Hubbard's Breaking Point).
