New Count Basie Set on sale at cduniverse?

I understand about the Select sets being available from Non-Mosaic sites.. but the NEW box sets???? I know we all talked about the Farlow.. But this does not appear to be an import....

Anybody got the scoop???? I though the Verve sets would be available AFTER they went out of print with Mosaic....

The Verve sets are issued almost at the same time as the Mosiac versions (a little later) but has nothing to do with OOP matters. The Verve sets are mainly for the EU market.

okay... so you're saying that this should be like the case with the Tal Farlow that we all bought from Camian and other places.... for half the price...

But if you look at cduniverse's page it doesn't mention that it's an import...

While CD Universe is offering the set, they'll most likely not actually fill any orders for the set. If you order, you'll receive a backorder notice and your order will eventually be cancelled.

We've seen this happen before.

And the price isn't that low. Only $10 lower than the Mosiac price so why bother and order directly for Mosiac.
