Unfortunately, we have not been able to receive authorization on your VISA credit card account as it appears to be declined. The total charge including shipping is $76.00 At your earliest convenience we would appreciate if you would confirm your complete credit card number and expiration date or provide us with an alternate method of payment. You may email your credit card number in two separate emails. Please send the first 8 numbers in one email. In a second/new email please send the last 8 numbers as well as the expiration date. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Diner's Club credit cards. Please confirm your method of payment. If a response is not made within 30 days your order will automatically be cancelled. My credit card limit hasn´t been exceeded, the expiration date is not near, and I think I entered my credit card number correctly. But before I make them a call, I want to know if any of you has ever received this kind of messages from Mosaic, if it´s Cindy who sends these mails, and if the sender is csr@mosaicrecords.com, as in the one I received.
