The first record I ever owned was S+G's Greatest Hits. Four tracks were live versions rather than the studio takes ('For Emily', 'Feelin' Groovy', 'Homeward Bound' and 'Kathy's Song'). Do we know where they come from? Did they show up on later compilations?

Also, AMG claims the take of 'America' on Greatest Hits is an alternate, not the one from Bookends. Is this correct?
