Christiern Posted September 12, 2005 Report Posted September 12, 2005 A friend of mine is the director of a day care center in Brooklyn. I made a poster for him urging people in the community to donate goods. The response was wonderful, so now there are 35 cartons, all neatly packed and marked with listing of content. I have contacted the Red Cross and Salvation Army, but they are only interested in money and they make no referrals to other organizations. Does anyone have a suggestion? If so, please post or send me a PM. Thanks, Chris Quote

Chuck Nessa Posted September 12, 2005 Report Posted September 12, 2005 Around here local churches have "banded together" and are running caravans of trucks to Mississippi and Louisiana. Quote
