I got one of these spam emails today saying I didn't pay for something that I never bought (or received)......I wanted to respond with a F$@% You, but didn't.

I hope you've forwarded it to spoof@ebay.com.

Resist the temptation to respond. It simply opens the door to more bad e-mails, because if you respond, the phishers know they've reached a valid e-mail address.

yes, i've been receiving those damn things too and forwarding them on. i've also been receiving them from paypal. aren't i the lucky gal?!? NOT!

Good move 'cause at a minumum you've got to go with "F$@% You and The Horse You Rode In On!!" to get people's attention these days. Stop being so diffident!

I tried responding with a "f#$% you" and a "kiss my ass" only to be be informed that I had entered an invalid password!

Best to forward these things to the spoof departments at Ebay & Paypal.

For the first time, oneof my credit cards was compromised. Many kudos to the people at the card company who picked it up and called me. My wife and I still had our cards, which had never left us. They killed the old card and issued us new ones. Picked up local paper and found that it is a countywide problem on eastern Long Island. Watch it out there, guys.
