paul secor Posted August 3, 2006 Report Posted August 3, 2006 I've heard of the Canadian pianist Al Neil, but have never heard his music. I know that he is also a visual/mutimedia artist. There's a 2 CD set on Blueminor with recordings from the 60's, but those are the only available recordings I know of. Is there anyone here who is familiar with his music, has heard the Blueminor set, anything? Thanks in advance for any feedback. Quote
Nate Dorward Posted August 4, 2006 Report Posted August 4, 2006 I've heard of Al Neil too. But that's all! Quote

medjuck Posted August 4, 2006 Report Posted August 4, 2006 (edited) I think I saw him once the summerof 62 but to be honest don't remember much about him except that I was surprised to find good jazz musicians in Vancouver. Edited August 4, 2006 by medjuck Quote
