After a few years of struggles and stress she registered it as a "not for profit" corp and set up a board of directors so she could get grant money. Now that board has taken control. She's not the easiest person to get along with but she IS Hot House. This is not good. Quote

She's not the easiest person to get along with but she IS Hot House. This is not good. If she IS Hot House, then she shouldn't have set up a structure that would allow her to lose control. Or she shouldn't have set up a structure she couldn't control. It sounds very much as if she pushed for bringing in someone else to work underneath her but they went in a way she didn't anticipate.
