"Pat" Patrick's son

I've not seen it mentioned anywhere that the new governor of Massachusetts, Deval Patrick, is the son of jazz musician Laurdine "Pat" Patrick, known for his long stint with Sun Ra and others.

And isn't it neat that there's a politician who may know about the Blues, rather than giving us the blues?
