bertrand Posted March 9, 2007 Report Posted March 9, 2007 Wayne's page at imnworld.com claims he will be at the Kimmel Center on 3/28/07. But I clicked on the link, and it says Peter Nero. A google search yielded a press release for their 2007-2008 season that has Wayne playing there on 3/28/08. What's the scoop? Bertrand. Quote

I haven't seen Wayne in over a year (except for a brief thing at the Monk competition). I need to see him again soon. I will definitely plan on going to Philly, although buying tickets now would be premature Bertrand. Quote

I actually got lucky in 2006 - I was flying out to LA because I was involved in the Lee Morgan tribute that Mark Masters was doing on 1/30. Through some fluke, it turned out that Wayne was playing with the L.A. Phil. on 1/28, so I flew in a day early and saw him. I'll try to make the Philly show (organissimo reunion?), but I hope I can catch Wayne before that - I can't wait a year! Bertrand. Quote
