I recommend avoiding anything with deuterium or tritium.

Interestingly, though deuterium is not radioactive, drinking too much heavy water will kill you -- our bodies have trouble absorbing it.

Sorry, that wasn't a very clear reply.

Deuterium is a hydrogen atom that has a neutron attached to its proton.

Heavy water is two deuterium atoms attached to a hydrogen atom - D2O.

Heavy water can kill you because it is a poor solvent compared to regular water. If you replace the solvents in your system with a non-solvent, you are in trouble.
