How to enter a quick edit?

After selecting Quick Edit from the drop down menu and editing, how do I (re)post it, where's the Enter button? I know I must be overlooking it, but, I can't find it! Or, which Enter button works, so many choices? *PANIC*

You have to use the complete edit button

Hmmm. . . looks more like the "enjoying the shit out of something" dancing icon. . . .

Actually it's supposed to be a "happy as shit" icon. But, it seems to fit "panic" and/or "going berserk" too.
