Jazzmoose Posted November 5, 2007 Report Posted November 5, 2007 As a teacher, I think we should have the right to take a kid's cellphone away, use up all their minutes, smash it into little tiny pieces then hand it back to them in a plastic baggie with a smiley face on it saying, "Have a Nice Day." You mean you don't? Quote
MoGrubb Posted November 5, 2007 Report Posted November 5, 2007 ......Nonetheless, cellphone addicts are the new crackheads....teenagers are the worst culprits. catesta Posted November 5, 2007 Report Posted November 5, 2007 There's a lo-tech way of dealing with cell phone assholes. This guy is my hero. That's your hero? A man who assaults women and anyone else who pisses him off? And who has the chutzpah to sue his victims for five million dollars for "a violation of his First Amendment rights, and alleged defamation, libel, malicious prosecution, false imprisonment and an abuse of process." You've got one fucked up definition of "hero" pal. Not only is this guy a world class asshole but it sounds to me like he's swindled the taxpayers of New York for "disability" pay while being perfectly capable of assault and intimidation. A thousand Duly noted douche bag. Nonetheless, cellphone addicts are the new crackheads....teenagers are the worst culprits. Especially, text messaging during class time. Cell phones were banned by high schools in NYC. What surprised me most was the number of parents that this upset. I understand parents want to be in touch with their kids or a phone may be needed in case of emergency, but how many years did we and those before us go to school and live daily without cell phones? catesta Posted November 5, 2007 Report Posted November 5, 2007 Oh yeah, and that dumb fucker on the LIRR is a jerkoff. When he does that shit he is even more annoying and disruptive than the people on the cell phones. I suspect one of these days he is going to get his ass beat. More times than not he is fucking with women. It's one thing to say "hey do you mind keeping it down? or could you please make your call when off the train?", but slapping people and throwing shit at women is real pussyish. Quote
Randy Twizzle Posted November 5, 2007 Report Posted November 5, 2007 Sorry but nobody is more annoying than loud cell phonies. The vigilante guy is probably a hell of a lot more entertaining than the usual phone jerks. FWIW he's not commuting daily to Manhattan since he lost his job in the HBO legal department after his last arrest. This gives him more time to work on his slapping and throwing technique. Quote

Anyhow, being annoyed is one thing, but dealing with cell phone shitheads while driving can be downright scary. Since we don't have a subway and I don't ride the bus, that's what I have to deal with. It's amazing how irresponsible people can be sometimes. Edited November 5, 2007 by MoGrubb Quote
paul secor Posted November 5, 2007 Report Posted November 5, 2007 Gotta side with Dan on that one. The guy is a vigilante that intimidates people. No hero. Yeah, sign me up as a douche bag as well. What a fuckwad... Dan and I agree on something. The guy's just a jerk. Quote

MoGrubb Posted December 4, 2007 Report Posted December 4, 2007 A NY Post column about the man everyone (but me) loves to hate. .....These days, Clifford isn't seen much on the train. He was laid off in April as an investigator for HBO. So he wants a free, court-appointed lawyer to represent him. ..... Damned if this thing ain't snowballing. Quote
