BFrank Posted November 17, 2007 Report Posted November 17, 2007 Got the "Not Just the Best of the Larry Sanders Show" DVD set recently, but still haven't cracked it open. I need to do that (one of these days). Quote
BruceH Posted November 17, 2007 Report Posted November 17, 2007 One of my all-time favorite shows. When the hell are they going to come out with a truly complete DVD version, like they do for just about every other show in the universe? Quote

When the hell are they going to come out with a truly complete DVD version, like they do for just about every other show in the universe? Yep, you would think that after the whole Family Matters series has been out on DVD someone would work on that. Only saw some episodes, as HBO is not broadcasted here and it was not picked up on a constant basis by television here. So, i'd obviously appreciate the idea of finally be able to see it as it was made to be. Quote

I need to do that (one of these days). I used one of the Borders coupon on that - yup, you need to dig in. The extras are very good too, not just junk tossed in, and sometimes kind of weird too. What a show, what a cast. Quote
BruceH Posted November 18, 2007 Report Posted November 18, 2007 You have to see all the episodes in proper running order to get the full impact because there are continuing story arcs. Quote

When the hell are they going to come out with a truly complete DVD version, like they do for just about every other show in the universe? November 2nd. (My PriceLink browser extension says Best Buy has it as a pre-order for $96 + 1.90 shipping.) Quote

Cliff Englewood Posted September 5, 2010 Report Posted September 5, 2010 Well it's about fucking time. I think if you read all of this article it might explain why it took so long for this stuff to come out on DVD. A Studio Boss and a Private Eye Star in a Bitter Hollywood Tale Quote
