ASV Records Discontinued?

I recently received an email from Worlds Records indicating that ASV records has been 'shut down.

World's is offering a 15% discount on remaining ASV stock on their website.

Althought not technically 'jazz', ASV has a lot of material which is not available elsewhere.

Does anyone have any details on this 'shutdown'?
