I pick a pink number: 14 (pink numbers: 14, 1, 22, 6)

I click pink button -> program knows color

Choose house:

House C has the 14 in it (of course 14 is the only pink number in house C)

I click house C -> program iterates through list of numbers: if color of number is pink and house of number is C then quiz is solved.

Nice stuff though. I'll confront a 16 year old kid with this...

Hey, you want magic with numbers, try this -

Three guys are on the road & pull into a motel for the night. They get a quote for a room, $30, each pitch in a $10 bill, and go to the room to settle in for some shutey.

The manger thinks, "UH-oh, I overcharged them. The room should be $25, not $30." So he calls the bellhop (yeah, this story features a motel with an honest manager & a bell hop...), gives him five $1 bills, and tells him to go to the room & refund it to the three guys.

On the way, the bell hop thinks to himself, "Well hell, 3 guys, 5 ones, how's that gonna work?" So he pockets two of the ones and refunds each of the guys $1.00 apiece.

So now, we have three guys who have each paid $9 for a room instead of $10. That's $27.00.

At first, $30.00 was spent for the room. Now, it's $27.00 for the room, and a $2.00 tip for the bellhop. That's $29.00 total.

Where's the other dollar?

The bellhop's a lying sumbitch. He kept $3, instead of $2, and gave a $2 refund to the guys. They paid 27 bucks for the room. That bellboy needs a sh*t kicking.
