The Magnificent Goldberg Posted April 12, 2008 Report Posted April 12, 2008 No passenger left behind I saw a video many years ago in which the porters were using big sticks to push people into the trains. So there's progress! MG Quote
kinuta Posted April 13, 2008 Report Posted April 13, 2008 Well I'm a long time Tokyo resident but I've never seen anything that bad. Maybe it was shot after a suspension of service. Now and again somebody will jump in front of an oncoming train causing big delays. MG Sticks ? Urban legend more like. Quote

Well, it was an urban legend that someone filmed and was put on British TV - decades ago. Not saying it wasn't fiction, deliberately created for the cameras, but seems a lot of trouble to go to for a few seconds of film... MG Quote
