Kyo Posted April 16, 2008 Report Posted April 16, 2008 (edited) Hi there, my good friends from the instrumental prog band Relocator have almost completed work on their debut CD. Despite working on the album for over two years, they still haven't found a permanent keyboard player. So in the end a very special guest was brought in to play all the keyboard solos. The identity of that guest will be revealed shortly, but until then you can win one of five copies of the CD if you can guess who it is from the sound samples. For further details please check out the blog over at www.myspace.com/relocator And PLEASE: Don't post your guesses here! I will be watching this thread and it'd be great to get some discussion going, but if you're going to guess, send your guess via email (see the blog for details) and don't spoil the game by posting it here! Kyo Posted April 16, 2008 Author Report Posted April 16, 2008 Sounds like it could be two people... Well, the backing keys were arranged by the band themselves (just two guys at this point - a drummer and a guitarist with some keyboard experience). The solos in question however are all played by one guy! Quote

Kyo Posted April 26, 2008 Author Report Posted April 26, 2008 *bump* The "guess who" competition ends this Sunday, so if you haven't sent your answer yet, it's about time! Quote
Kyo Posted April 26, 2008 Author Report Posted April 26, 2008 Elton John? In a way that's actually somewhat close. Quote
7/4 Posted April 26, 2008 Report Posted April 26, 2008 Since I don't really want the CD, I'll just say my first response was Jan Hammer, then Eddie Jobson. . Quote

Kyo Posted April 26, 2008 Author Report Posted April 26, 2008 I fear this might take a while... Quote
