bertrand Posted October 6, 2003 Report Posted October 6, 2003 (edited) This Wednesday, as part of their series on Washington DC-based artists, Strathmore Hall in Rockville MD (right at the Grosvenor metro) will have a tribute to Charlie Rouse and Leo Parker(!) at 7:30 this Wednesday, 10/8. The performers will be tenor/baritone Chris Watling and his quartet. I spoke to Chris (http://www.geocities.com/chriswatling) and he has a nice repertoire lined up - he did some research and even found a date they did together. Tickets are only $10 (301-530-0540).
