Gregorian chant - advice needed

[The Magnificent Goldberg]

My missus asked me to put together a CD of Gregorian chant. I know nothing. She says it's on the charts (what charts, I asked, but she doesn't know).

Anyway, it seems to me that I ought to be able to put together a decent CD out of downloads. But I really don't know where to start. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks very much Jostein! That looks to be exactly what she wants; I'll check when she's got a minute. It's so cheap on Amazon UK, it's better to buy the CD than get downloads and have all the bother of writing a fresh CD
