I'll keep notes as I am listening to his recordings, but I thought we could keep a running list here. Obviously, it's mostly going to be on live dates, and after 1977. There are rumors that some private recordings exist where he may do this as well, but of course that would be beyond the scope of this board Example 1: From 'All Blues', on A Tribute To Miles, from 10:08-10:20.
