It was an acquisition from my "prog rock phase"; while a lot of the other stuff I acquired from that time I don't care much for, this is a nice slab of instrumental proggish fusion, a sort of mix of Mahavishnu, National Health/Hatfield, and Camel. If you find all prog rock to be inherently cheesy this will not be up your alley, but those with a soft spot for the above bands may enjoy it.
