Library of Congress question.

How does someone make an appointment to view something in the Library of Congress?

There is a file of the1958 Monterey Jazz Festival with, Sonny Rollins, Dizzy Gillespie, Benny Carter and Gerry Mulligan and others recently added there.

I plan on being in D.C. in early spring and would want to get a chance to see this film.

It's worth checking if the films were also added to the National Archives. They have a video facility in Maryland (Silver Springs I think) and it is set up well for dropping in, getting registered, and watching video and films.
