Looking for Part II of Giddins' "Arbitrary Roadmap"

I was reading Gary Giddins' article "An Arbitrary Roadmap Through Post-War Jazz" on the Village Voice website, wherein he picks a track from every year 1945-2001, but the link to part II (1971-2001) was broken and google yielded nothing. Anyone have a working link to the second half, or a way to read the article in full? Help would be much appreciated!
