I need all the entries on Cal Tjader, but the local Jazz Institute at Darmstadt doesn't have a copy ... I'd cover all the copying cost, of course. Quote

I have access to the Lord disco - I wanted to make sure he has everything Ruppli et al. covered - e.G. there is an unreleased Gary McFarland Verve session with Tjader Lord does not list, IIRC. mikeweil Posted May 19, 2009 Author Report Posted May 19, 2009 Luckily the Frankfurt University Library has a copy of the Ruppli/Porter Verve Disco - will go check it next week. Next step would be the MGM Disco for Shearing's sessions with Tjader - found out the Library of the German Music Archive in Berlin has all of the Ruppli Discos - except the Verve! A trip to Berlin in August is scheduled ... Quote
