Wayne Shorter, et. al might dispute that statement though I honestly haven't listened to much Marsalis music in quite a while especially after Wynton's pomposity in the Ken Burns series. Still the whole family with Billy Taylor should be quite an evening. I guess I can put up with Harry Connick Jr. as well. Quote

I don't know if they are the "best in jazz today," but they certainly are AMONG the best. Don't hold Wynton's statements against Branford. Branford's a dude. Quote
