Israel's greatest leader ever, and one of the greatest leaders in the 20th century, died 30 years ago today.

Today, we can only wish for leaders of his kind:

Ones that are able to make difficult decisions in crucial times;

Ones that can be leaders to their countries, not just politicians;

Ones that has their country's future on their mind, not just the next election;

Ones that will enjoy reading phoilosophy books and the Bible whenever there's a few minutes time;

Ones that will live a humble life;

And even ones that will be able to spend a few days in a Burmese tempel to "clear his mind";

Oh, I do miss Ben Gurion and his type ~sigh~
