Pernell Roberts, RIP

Pernell Roberts has died of cancer. I always think of him as Adam Cartwright, but I imagine a greater number think of him from Trapper John, MD.

they're all gone now - Pa, Little Joe, Hoss - and Hop Sing was shot by that hijacker years ago.

Hmm... not sure I ever heard about that. I just looked it up, and apparently he survived that shooting (he died eight years later, in 1980, of carbon monoxide poisoning).
