Dan Gould Posted February 28, 2010 Report Posted February 28, 2010 Why are you jizzing over an edited version of music you already have? Do you think this 45 will sound special? I can (sort of) understand if you want to find an original pressing of this album but why you're fascinated by 45s is beyond me. But hey, congratulations! Quote

Dan Gould Posted March 4, 2010 Report Posted March 4, 2010 I sure hope Alfred was better skilled with the razor blade than Bock was. So how much music was lopped off? Quote
chewy-chew-chew-bean-benitez Posted March 5, 2010 Author Report Posted March 5, 2010 i haven A/B'ed them but the 45, art gets a trumpet solo, horace gets a solo, theres even a bass solo, then hank come in w/ a solo last. oh and ive figured out my favorite song for my father ever is the 45, by FAR. omg side 2 of that is the best. its a fadein right in time for joes solo. its like that warne record the art of improvising. gets right to the point! you mean dick bock? are his 45 edits notoriously bad or somethjing?
