Looking for "Lost Quintet" concert attendees

Professor Michael Veal is currently writing a book on Miles Davis, and is interested in interviewing anyone who heard Davis with his so-called "Lost Quintet" that included Wayne Shorter, Chick Corea, Dave Holland and Jack DeJohnette.
