You'd think if it were new that would make it into the description. But I really don't know either way. And I don't think you can presume its a legit label because its "Candid" - is the original Candid still in existence? How do you know its not a different "Candid Records"?

This Candid's been around for a few years. They released all of Stacey Kent's recordings before she moved recently to Blue Note.

I don't have it but have others from this period at Ronnie's which were recorded on a single mic which gives a clear presentation of the soloist but doesn't do to well by the backing band.
