tranemonk Posted July 21, 2010 Report Posted July 21, 2010 Just finished listening to both new CD's. Wynton's collaboration with Richard Galliano (recorded live with a companion DVD) is very good. Very interesting mixture of tunes. The Vitoria Suite is the new release from Jazz at Lincoln Center. The interesting thing about this is that the US version is a 2 CD set whereas the Import (Universal Spain) contains a bonus DVD. The DVD is excellent with very nice interviews and footage of Wynton and Paco De Lucia. If you can get the import version, I'd highly recommend it. :D :D Even Wynton bashers might just like both of these recordings... :lol: :lol: :unsure: Quote
