Another Rashied Ali clip

I have posted a third (and final) clip with Rashied Ali's group. You can access it on my blog or via this direct link.

I need answers to 2 questions:

1. How do I eliminate that sync problem?*

2. What is the name of the tune in this Rashied entry?

* Here's what I am doing.

1. I have the show on a DVD and convert it to MP4 using Handbrake
   
2. Copy the Handbrake-generated file to Quicktime 7 Pro
   
3. Upload it to YouTube
   
4. Embed from YouTube

Where did I go wrong?

You don't mention what your audio codec is?

YouTube recommends mp3.

Handbrake allows you to rip to whatever format you wish, checkout the options, click on Toggle presets (far right tool bar) and select the output that most closely matches what Youtube require
